P. Diddy once again won the honor of hip-hop's highest earner, pulling in $50 million for the 2012-'13 fiscal year, according to Forbes magazine. Though most of Diddy's money comes from outside of hip-hop, namely his vodka, Ciroc, he's still pulling in money from Bad Boy Records as well as his Sean John clothing line.
Jay Z appeared to be gunning for Diddy's spot as hip-hop's wealthiest mogul overall, and although his $43 million helped he and Beyonce become the highest-earning celebrity couple, his year still won't be enough to make Diddy flinch. Still, Hov is making moves, and his new sports agency could be the key to passing Diddy.
Dr. Dre, who won last year's fiscal year but is now trailing by overall wealth, still rode Beats audio to the tune of $40 million.
