The gavel has come down on former NFL star, Darren Sharper.
Sharper was sentenced to 20 years for drugging and raping two women he had met at a West Hollywood club. The disgraced 41 year old will serve time concurrently with the sentence rendered previously in Louisiana for the same types of crimes.
It is believed that Sharper raped as many as 16 women across multiple states including California, Arizona, Louisiana and Nevada.
