Problems on Peachtree.

Atlanta Hawks forward Mike Scott is now facing up to 25 years in prison on two felony drug charges from last month where he was pulled over with 35.2 grams of marijuana and about 11 grams of Molly. Possession of the Molly alone garners a sentence of up to 15 years coupled with the 10 years for the quantity of weed found in tve vehicle.

An initial court appearance date remains to be determined, but could possibly come during this upcoming NBA season.

Scott has spent all three years of his professional career in with the Hawks where he averaged 7.8 points, 3 rebounds and 1 assists.

Scott remains under contract with the Hawks through the end of the 201617 season after signing a three-year, $10 million extension. A major blow to a team that was just in first place in the eastern conference and on the verge of a Finals appearance last season.
