Adrien Broner is a slightly maddening character. He's has next-level talent in the boxing ring and has yet to lose a fight. As a matter of fact, he hasn't been involved in many close fights either. But he seems susceptible to a fall and often draws reactions of, "what is this dude doing?"
For example, he likes to get his hair brushed before doing a TV interview. It's pretty funny the first time you see it, but the second or third time it just kinda looks like he's emasculating his father. I don't know the man at all, but there's something about making your father brush your hair that's a little strange.
Still, I can give it a pass. It's a trademark, even if it is a little silly. But then he tries to take post-fight shenanigans to another level, like when he fake proposed to a girlfriend…and asked her to brush his hair.
His reality series on YouTube is another example. It starts out like your typical 24/7 series and then takes a ridiculous turn when a kid start freaking out on molly in his limo. What?? Why did he keep that in the video??? I have no idea, other than the fact that he's an undefeated 23-year old millionaire and he probably just doesn't give a damn. But he probably should.
The latest example came on Friday, though it's less bizarre and more ironic. Broner showcases his rap skills before some of his fights, rapping his way into the ring. He's put out a few videos and sounds like he's doing a Meek Mill impression. Broner's good, though probably not quite good enough to make it without his fame.

So it wasn't much of a surprise when a Tweet came across my feed from AB to Rick Ross talking about a collab, especially given Broner's affection for Miami strip clubs. But, yes, there's another detail. Check the Tweet he responded to, because Broner, who probably needs the advice, clearly didn't.
