Jay Bilas is notoriously stingy with who he follows on Twitter. He only follows one person. Her name is Lacey Holsworth and the support she's been given by Adreian Payne has been one of college basketball's most inspirational stories this season. However, Lacey doesn't play college hoops because she's only eight years old.
Payne met Holsworth when he was touring a hospital two years ago where she was battling neuroblastoma, a rare form of cancer. Since then, Payne has become family to the Holsworth family and has taken to calling Lacey Princess.
I follow Lacey, and so should you. She is amazing. http://t.co/Ob1nhjQiSj

As Adreian Payne has gained more national prominence as player in the last two seasons and has taken Lacey with him on his journey including Senior Night, a fundraising party for her cancer therapy and helped cut the nets with Payne after Michigan State won the Big Ten tournament. Analysts are hopping on board with Michigan State as their national championship pick, but Lacey will rep Team Adreian and Michigan State no matter what happens over the next two weeks.
