Rapper A$AP Rocky has finally had his day in court, and he pled not guilty to charges of assault in Sweden.
According to his attorney, Rocky said he acted in self defense after the assailants provoked him and his two friends on a street in Stockholm, the latter who have also been charged with assault.
The trial, reportedly, could last up to three days. If convicted, Rocky, and his two companions, each face up to two years in jail.
Regional journalist Markus Karlsson has given a detailed account of what went down in the courtroom, including an audio recording (see below). We’ll keep you updated as more is revealed this week.
Listen to a recording from inside the court room as the prosecutor presents his case. Please note it's in Ikea-language, and also a shameless plug of my employer @Nyheterna ; https://t.co/SPgoQLPgUO

However, police didn't find any fingerprints or DNA on the glass of the bottle. The question is whether the prosecutor will be able to make a convincing case re. bottle.
