You can ask Jerry Heller, and you can ask former Big3 commissioner about how strong Cube steps to people over his bread. Recently, the New York Post’s Richard Morgan reported that Big3 investors with ties to the Qatari royal family did not follow through on financial commitments to support the league. Thus, Cube and company have filed a $1.2 billion lawsuit against them for not following through.
Cube alleges they only put up one-third of the $20.5 million commitment to the three-on-three professional basketball league.
The lawsuit is seeking $1.2 billion in damages that would provide each player with around $20 million.

Morgan provided details from the lawsuit that alleged investor Ahmed Al-Rumaihi threatened co-owner Jeff Kwatinetz while demanding 25 percent ownership share: “You don’t know who I know in L.A. and what they’re capable of! You should think of your safety and the safety of you and your family.”
Though the ad is addressed to Trump, there’s no way in hell that the normally shrewd-minded Ice Cube, born O’Shea Jackson, would believe the sitting President of the United States would do a damn thing about it.
The ad, which appears in the New York Times, was timed to print prior Trump’s meeting with the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
