The recent flurry of sexual misconduct allegations levied against prominent men in the political world and sports and entertainment industry has had a wide ranging backlash, and some enterprising women are becoming victims of its collateral damage.
After only one episode, ABC has pulled the Ayesha Curry-fronted “Great American Baking Show”, after sexual misconduct allegations surfaced against one of the show’s judges, Johnny Iuzzini.

In light of allegations that recently came to our attention, ABC has ended its relationship with Johnny Iuzzini and will not be airing the remainder of The Great American Baking Show episodes. ABC takes matters such as those described in the allegations very seriously and has come to the conclusion that they violate our standards of conduct,” the network said in a statement.
Last month, Iuzzini was accused by four former female employees of inappropriate behavior, including touching, licking, and groping the women without their consent while he was at Manhattan restaurant Jean-Georges.
Iuzzini said in a statement that he denied some of the allegations but also said that he was shattered and heartbroken at the thought that any of my actions left members of my team feeling hurt or degraded.

Curry recently signed an exclusive deal with Endemol Shine North America, the production company behind shows such as Big Brother,
MasterChef and The Real Housewives of Atlanta, for them to develop original, unscripted content for Curry to appear in and also executive produce.
Its unfortunate that her first venture was tainted by the producers alleged inappropriate behavior. Curry isnt to blame in any way, but the outcome, nonetheless, is a major disappointment. She was on a major network and it was her first introduction to the world as the talented celebrity wife to the NBA’s most popular player. Hopefully, she rebounds and airs another series. She was just getting started.
