Cowboys running back Joseph Randle is having an awful week.
One day after losing his job to Darren McFadden, Randle left the Cowboys practice facility for what has been described as “personal reasons”, drawing the ire of the franchise. Randle is also reportedly facing discipline, possibly a 1-2 game suspension, by the league for violating the personal conduct policy. The back with so much promise also won’t play in this weekend’s game against the Seahawks.

It’s unsurprising that there is some dysfunction in Dallas where winning trumps all and there seems to be no accountability for the players. It will be interesting to see if Randle, who was also involved in a shop lifting incident last year which forced Jerry Jones to acknowledge he doesn’t make the best decisions, will get another shot to play again this season, especially for the Cowboys. But it’s hard to count on Darren McFadden from staying off the injured reserve so we’ll have to wait and see Jerry’s stance on this one.
