If your favorite artist got snubbed by the Grammy Awards this year then he or she might get a chance at redemption with the upcoming 2014 Billboard Music Awards on May 18.
Many of the same individuals who were nominated for Grammys are once again on the dossier as Robin Thicke, Lorde, TI, Rihanna and Pharrell Williams lead all with five nominations apiece. Imagine Dragons and Katy Perry are next in line with four nominations each. The nods are based on album and digital singles sales, radio airplay, touring, streaming and social media like Twitter and Spotify. The show airs live May 18 on ABC at 8 p.m. ET.
