50 Cent is due in court on Monday over allegations that he abused his ex-girlfriend in her house. According to the complaint, 50 caused $7,100 in damage to her condo including kicking a door down during an argument that left her injured.
If 50 is found guilty, he faces a maximum punishment of five years in jail plus a $46,000 fine.
50 has maintained his innocence since the charges first surfaced and points out he has still yet to be arrested.
