Seattle Seahawks quarterback and Super Bowl champion Russell Wilson signed a multi-year partnership with Fanatics Inc. The two powerhouse brands have teamed up in the sports memorabilia market.
Fanatics is set to create new Russell Wilson memorabilia and collectibles ahead of Wilson’s 10th season with the Seattle Seahawks.
The quarterback already had previous business connections with Fanatics owner Michael Rubin – including a partnership that raised $60 million to fight food insecurity during the coronavirus pandemic.
Russell Wilson is one of the NFL’s most exciting players, but more importantly is one of the great ambassadors for the game and across the sports world overall,” said Fanatics executive vice president Victor Shaffer.
“Throughout all stops in his football career Russell has developed great relationships with his fans, and we’re thrilled to begin this partnership and find new, innovative ways to bring them closer to him.”
He joins a star-studded Fanatics line-up that includes, Sabrina Ionescu, Jerry Rice, Tom Brady, Zion Williamson, and Los Angeles Angels pitcher-slugger Shohei Ohtani.
The company will sell signed footballs, helmets, jerseys, and other authentic game-used equipment from Russell Wilson.
