Big Dris is telling it like it is.
Idris Elba has always given folks a reason to like him and a recent interview proved just exactly why.
In an interview with The Sunday Times, the actor was asked if it’s hard to be a man in Hollywood now due to the #MeToo movement. The Luther star responded by simply saying: “It’s only difficult if you’re a man with something to hide.”
Just like that. Of course, his comment went viral and everyone all over social media praised him, even Shonda Rhimes.

Idris has always spoken out about the movement. While promoting Molly’s Game last year, he praised the expressiveness of the female-led, female-penned film coming out at a time when “we’re seeing women stand up and have a liberation movement of speaking up against some their atrocities that have happened.”
Props to you Idris.
