The Cleveland Browns haven't sniffed the Playoffs since Vietnam (estimation) and they won't be getting close in 2013 either. Just two weeks into the season, the Browns unloaded their third overall pick in 2012, in which Richardson was the highest-rated back since Adrien Peterson, to the Indianapolis Colts for a 2014 first-round pick.
The Browns are obviously entering tank-mode. Are they going for Johnny Manziel? Teddy Bridgewater? Jadeveon Clowney? At this point, no one knows, but that has never stopped Twitter from going in.
Well, the last time the Browns had two first-round picks was in 2012 and they worked out juuuuust … oh.

Another key starter on the Browns' offense sums up the Trent Richardson trade with one very simple word: "Weird."

Browns source says Richardson just wasn't a great fit, so getting a 1 was great value. Cleveland now has 2 1's, a 2, 2 3's and 2 4's in '14.

I'm assuming the Browns want a QB with that 1st rounder but why give up Trent? Browns are gonna have a top 5 pick anyway

Say what you want about Richardson's production so far.. Bill Polian believes he's one of the 3 best players from the 2012 draft.

If Trent Richardson doesn't fit what you want to do with your offense, CHANGE YOUR OFFENSE.

Remember when Cleveland traded the 4th pick, and a 4th/5th/7th to make sure the Vikings didn't steal Trent Richardson?

this is why Cleveland can't have nice things

The overarching truth of Cleveland fanhood is that it ALWAYS gets worse.

Trading Trent Richardson is an actual Cleveland joke. Time to find other things to do with my Sundays.
