The Golden State Warriors just blew the doors off of NBA free agency and shook all Lakers fans with their latest free agent addition.

The Warriors have announced that DeMarcus Cousins has agreed to a one-year, $5.3 million deal to play with the team next year. He provides a huge upgrade for them at the center position and gives the reigning NBA Champions a ridiculous five All Stars.

Cousins, who made almost $17 million during the 2016-2017 season with the Pelicans, will take a huge pay cut to head West and join the three-time NBA champions. Needless to say, fans on both sides took to Twitter to express their thoughts on the situation.

The Lakers renounced Randle’s rights on Monday, which allowed him to become an unrestricted free agent. Randle, only 23 years old, averaged 16.8 points and eight rebounds for the Lakers last season. He’ll be able to return to the free agency market in 2019.
