People of Sacramento, once again, took to the streets and to government buildings in protest of the police killing of unarmed Stephon Clark.
The New York Times reports that hundreds of people, including Stephon’s brother Stevante Clark, interrupted a City Council meeting at Sacramento City Hall to voice their opinion on the matter.
Demonstrators have taken the streets for almost a week now in response to the killing.
On March 23, the first day of significant protests outside of the Sacramento Kings arena, owner Vivek Randiv addressed fans at the game in a way that is very uncommon for any owner of any sports franchise.

Sandwiched in this was news that Louisiana’s attorney general was not going to charge the officers that were involved in the fatal shooting of Alton Sterling.
