The #Raiders and QB Derek Carr have finalized a 5-year monster extension worth $125M, sources say. Highest paid player in history

The 26-year-old, two-time Pro Bowler has passed for 11,194 yards and 81 touchdowns in three seasons.

Carr was finishing up his rookie contract and was due to receive less than $1 million in base salary this year.

Somewhere, Detroit’s Matthew Stafford and Washington’s Kirk Cousins are smiling from ear to ear as they stand in line for their own contract extensions.
