South Arkansas Sheriff Placed Inmates In Nike Shirts For Mug Shots

Nike and Kaepernick’s partnership continues to ruffle feathers.

According to a prominent civil rights activist , The Union County Sheriff’s Office is putting Nike shirts on its inmates for mug shots in protest of Nike’s deal with Colin Kaepernick.

Shaun King posted an image on Wednesday of 12 inmates wearing various Nike shirts with the caption “putting Nike t-shirts on people they arrest and making them wear them during mugshots. Source says it is to mock Nike and Colin Kaepernick. Disgusting.”

As you can remember Nike recently made Kaep the face of their Just Do It Campaign back in September. Since then people have shown their love and hate towards the new partnership; some even destroying their Nike gear in disapproval.
