This week we catch up with Premier Boxing Champions’ DJ Qwess Coast. The seasoned Inglewood, California DJ is behind the boards at all of the Premier Boxing Champions events. Keeping the energy high amid the aggressive tone of the boxing industry is a special task and Qwess Coast is up for the challenge.
DJ Qwess Coast has toured internationally with artists such as Damien Marley, Nas, Omarion, Lloyd, Jinsu, and Jasmine V. Meanwhile, he built his own hip hop magazine from the ground up. In addition, he’s a holistic health coach and an author of a children’s series.
We chop it up about the touring boxing DJ life, how he keeps the energy of the arenas up, and why he decided to chop up Drake’s famous line from the song “Nonstop”, paying homage to PBC boss, Al Haymon. You already slow! Ha!
