Nicki Minaj, Cardi B Beef For Damn Near 24 Hours Straight

Fans are urged to “focus on positive things only from here on out.”

If you were near any social media platform Monday night, there’s no doubt that your timeline was affected by the Nicki Minaj and Cardi B. saga.

The two New York rappers have a had fairly long-standing beef considering Cardi’s rap career is literally only a year old. However, things escalated to new heights after a confrontation at New York Fashion Week resulted in a shoe being thrown and the “Bodak Yellow” rapper leaving with a golf ball sized knot on her forehead.

Well, last night the two ladies proved to the world that if we thought this feud couldn’t get any worse, we thought wrong.

It all seemed have started after Nicki took a moment via her podcast, Queen Radio, to address allegations made by Cardi’s sister, claiming that Nicki had leaked Cardi’s phone number. The “Barbie Tings” rapper addressed that and many other topics such as hidden camera footages and certain rappers not writing their own lyrics.

In regard to the leaking of Cardi’s number, Nicki had this to say:

“You can’t control your sister, but you want me to control millions of fans. I’ve never leaked a number in my life and y’all continue to lie on me to make me look like a bad person.”

Nicki also alleged that Cardi influenced her husband, rapper Offset, and fellow rapper 21 Savage not to record with her.

“It was clear she wanted to turn them against me and that’s what she did,” Minaj said.

Well, it didn’t take long for Instagram to turn into Cardi-gram, as the rapper took to the platform to dispute said claims bringing along with her some “receipts”.

“You lie so much you can’t keep up with your f**ing lies,” Cardi said. “First you say you’ve got the footage, but then you say you wanna pay somebody $100,000 if they give you the footage? Make sense when you’re talking.”

Various videos of that tone reigned supreme that night. Dictionary.com even stepped in at Cardi’s defense after many fans dragged Cardi for using the word “footages.”
