May 2nd was boxing’s so called “biggest fight in history”, featuring the mega-bout between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao.
SNL, not wanting to lose viewers to the match, decided to “hack” the signal and air the event on NBC. On what they called ” the whitest day in the history of professional sports” (hockey, horse racing and night golf), SNL gave fans a look at what their broadcast of the fight looked like. And as always, it was hilarious!
