JUCO quarterback Jeremy Liggins is one of the largest quarterbacks to come out of the junior college ranks in recent years. That includes Cam Newton. He's not as naturally gifted as the Panthers towering quarterback, but the super-sized Ole Miss recruit is just as physically imposing at a hefty 296 pounds.
Liggins is a former four-star LSU signee from the Class of 2012, but ended up playing for two years at Northeast Mississippi Community College. According to Freeze, Liggins has the arm strength to launch a ball 70 to 75 yards, but that before he can compete and win a starting job at Ole Miss, he'll have to lose a quarter of a cornerback (approximately 80 pounds, the difference in weight between him and the next largest quarterback).
