Jason Pierre-Paul goes after ESPN and Adam Schefter

He had his hand severely injured in the summer and now Jason Pierre-Paul is going after two who he feels put it out there improperly.

JPP, the Giants defensive end, has filed a lawsuit against the network and one of their most trusted NFL reporters for tweeting out or posting his medical records on Twitter. JPP alleges that was a violation of his privacy and Floridas medical records statute, and he’s seeking more than $15,000 in damages.

Everyone knows that JPP had to have his index finger amputated after a fireworks accident, but Schefter somehow obtained photos of his medical records and tweeted them out for all to see. As a result, two hospital employees were fired and the hospital settled a lawsuit (which was assumed to be brought by JPP). It will be tough for him to win his case but tough is something that describes the star defensive end.

The lawsuit can be read below.
