This week we’re joined by Stephen Holder of the Indianapolis Star to discuss everything that went down in Indianapolis, which are all very significant.
The guys break down the NFL Combine and who the best player in the draft will be; hint, it’s not a QB. Then they get into the debate surrounding Lamar Jackson, why him at receiver is even a discussion and how the struggle for Black quarterbacks to prove they belong under center in the NFL is still real. Stephen also discusses the politicization around the death of the Colts’ Edwin Jackson, whose death has been used in an ignorant fight against immigration.
This all went down in Indy, the home of the Colts and, interestingly enough, Mike Pence. So is it a surprise that the city because the epicenter for race and sports for a few weeks?
