Former Cowboys RB DeMarco Murray Retires At 30

Running back DeMarco Murray, 30, retired after seven seasons in the league. He had his best years with the Cowboys including his 2014 season when he was named Offensive player of the year.

Breaking: DeMarco Murray, the league’s former Offensive Player of the Year, is retiring from football at the age of 30.

During that breakout season with Dallas, Murray went for 1845 rushing yards and 13 touchdowns. Following his tenure with the Cowboys, Murray spent one season with the Philadelphia Eagles.

The back was cut from the Tennessee Titans in March after two seasons.
