According to Yahoo, FIFA President Sepp Blatter, who was re-elected for a fifth term four days ago, resigned from the position today. Blatter, 79, made the announcement at a press conference in Zurich, a week after the FBI raided a hotel in Zurich and arrested several FIFA officials.
