To commemorate his return to Chicago, Dwyane Wade and Li-Ning will debut his Chicago “Way of Wade” PE’s tonight. Taking direction from Wade himself, designer Eric Miller took the black silhouette and added some Chicago design flavors such as the Chicago skyline most recently featured in his “Black Collection” apparel line through Li-Ning. You’ll find these design ques in the collar and sole of the shoe as well as a salute to another Chicago native Kanye West, on the back of the tongue that reads “I’m so CHI, you thought I was bashful.” No information at press time regarding where and when this will be available or even if these will be available, but I expect Wade to put on a show for his hometown crowd.
