Hey fight fans! Yet another weekend is upon us and with it a barrage of combat sporting events to satisfy your thirst.
Bellator 137

Since joining Bellator he has gone 2-1 en route to this championship fight.
In the co-main event Eduardo Dantas (16-4) faces off against Mike Richman This bantamweight bout has Dantas trying to rebound from his Bellator 128 loss to Joe Warren for the Bantamweight belt.

Boxing
Gennady GGG Golovkin (32-0) puts it all on the line against Willie Monroe, Jr. live from The Forum in Los Angeles this Saturday.
Golovkin has been on a KO tear since 2009 knocking out every opponent in his way. In his wake lie Curtis Stevens, Marco Antonio Rubio, Daniel Geale and Martin Murray, all victims of Golovkins relentless power. Triple G is on the short list of many peoples mind as a potential opponent for Floyd Mayweather. He is the current WBA (Super), IBO & WBC Middleweight Champion and deservedly so.
His opponent, Willie Monroe, Jr. (19-1) is an underdog that many feel Golovkin will run through on his way to bigger opponents. Golovkin is missing the one key fight that will take his growing legend to bigger heights. Unfortunately, he has the same problem as Terrence Crawford where people just do not want to fight him.
After Canelo Alvarez destroyed James Kirkland last weekend, HBO in-ring interviewer Max Kellerman asked him about a potential fight against Golovkin and he said he was up to it. Only time will tell if Golovkin will justify his prowess against the best titleholders in the world, but so far he’s been backing it up with his willingness to fight and a devastating left hook.
