The Laverne and Shirley promotion is a pretty corny connection that nobody below the age of 60 would understand. Sure Laverne and Shirley was set in The Mil, but considering the demographics of NBA fans, the ad also lacks any sort of relevance to a generation of Milwaukee fans raised in the hip hop generation.The movie Public Enemies would have been more relevant for two gunners in Milwaukee.
