Life keeps imitating art with unfortunate consequences in the rap game.

These crimes include racketeering, murder, drugs, firearms, and fraud offenses.

They allege that the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation gang members “committed terrible acts of violence, trafficked in narcotics, and even engaged in brazen fraud by exploiting benefits programs meant to provide assistance in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.”
Casanova 2x is reported tomorrow be a member of the gang.
The statement said 17 of the 18 named in the indictment were in custody. Now the Feds are looking for their 18th suspect, Casanova.
The FBI’s New York office tweeted a picture of Casanova saying he was still being sought.
Casanova has been indicted on charges of conspiracy to commit racketeering, conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, and firearms possession.
Is Casanova Running Out Of Time
Caswell “Casanova 2x” Senior, 34, is a Brooklyn rapper that is currently signed to Jay-Z’s Roc Nation. He has had multiple jail and prison stints before his success in the music business.
He has been involved in criminality from a young age before spending eight years in prison. Ironically, he first met fellow rap star ASAP Rocky during a stint at NYC’s notorious Rikers Island.
“Although his family provided him with a nice home and everything he wanted as a child, the corrupting allure of instant gratification and the high of peer acceptance had him committing robberies by the age of 11” according to his official bio.
Reportedly, Casanova never aspired to become a rapper. However, he eventually found himself in the studio churning out popular songs like “Don’t Run”.

Remember the notorious Tekashi 6ix9ine shooting that happened in the Barclays Center during the Adrien Broner fight?
Casanova and his crew were the intended targets of the shot.
The rapper’s name came up during Tekashi 6ix9ine’s infamous testimony against his former Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods associates in September 2019.
During the testimony, 6ix9ine alleged that his crew had beef with rap artists, including Casanova, who he claimed was in “another” Bloods group.
“As alleged in the Indictment, members of Gorilla Stone committed terrible acts of violence, trafficked in narcotics, and even engaged in brazen fraud by exploiting benefits programs meant to provide assistance in response to the COVID-19 pandemic,” said acting US Attorney Audrey Strauss in a statement.
“Because of that, communities across the Southern District – from Poughkeepsie to Peekskill to New York City – suffered. Most shocking, as alleged in the indictment, a minor was murdered in furtherance of the gang’s activities.”
FBI Assistant Director William F. Sweeney Jr. also said: “As the indictment alleges, the violence and drug activity committed by these gang members threatened the safety of our communities and placed innocent lives at risk.
“Their unabashed criminal behavior, as alleged, included the murder of a 15-year-old and even extended to defrauding programs meant for people suffering economic hardship due to the pandemic.”
According to the Michigan Journal of Race and Law, there is a systemic racial bias to the application of the RICO organized crime statute to criminal street and prison gangs.
Casanova is the latest target of the long-discussed “hip hop police”.
Rap is proving to be a dangerous profession for those who haven’t lost their ties to the street. Now Casanova has to exorcise old demons en route to mastering a new journey.
